As a Child and Adolescent Dietitian Expert at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in our Community Child and Adolescent Eating Disorder Service. Based in Buckinghamshire, you will work with children and young people aged 12-18 who experience eating disorders, providing expert dietetic care and support. With a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored treatment plans, promoting positive change and improved outcomes.

About the Role: This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £43,141 - £72,179 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, a comprehensive training program, and a supportive work environment. You will work within our well-established service, which aims to deliver high standards of care to young people and their families, with a focus on continuous improvement and participation.

Your Responsibilities: As a Child and Adolescent Dietitian Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assessing, treating, and managing children and young people with eating disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based approaches and therapies
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Contributing to the success of our service, enhancing the lives of those we support

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized Nutrition and Dietetic degree or equivalent, with a strong understanding of eating disorder conditions, evidence-based practice, and research processes. You should also have experience working with eating disorders, supervising qualified staff, and demonstrating leadership skills. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential.
