About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation in the Education sector, providing high-quality education and care across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional advice on various employment matters
  • Manage recruitment, absence, and performance processes
  • Conduct Single Central Record audits and maintain HR data systems
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Department to ensure accurate payroll instructions
  • Oversee the Probation Period Process and assist with employee relations
  • Coordinate learning and development events for staff
About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have experience in an education HR team. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and HR databases are essential. Additionally, you must be a car driver as there will be travel to different sites in Hampshire and Wokingham.
