About the Role

The Chiltern Way Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and data management within our HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms, and coordinate hiring processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  2. Maintain accurate employee records through data entry into systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Support employee engagement initiatives through effective communication and social media management.
  5. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and managing documentation.
  6. Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role is preferred.
  2. Previous school HR experience is essential.
  3. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is beneficial.
