Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of employment law, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the HR team in maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and providing administrative assistance as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and personnel data.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.

Salary
