**The Job:**

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent HR skills, knowledge of employment legislation and be able to provide guidance to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and objective manner.
  • Monitor and review HR policies and processes to ensure they are up to date and effective.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide performance management guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and implement training programs.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics to help the business make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in a HR role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level proficiency in HR software.
