**Office Administrator**
MPA Recruitment is currently working in partnership with our longstanding client in the Drumsurn area. This is an exciting role within a manufacturing company. The hours for this role is Monday-Thursday 9-4 and Friday 9-1. Rate negotiable depending on experience/
**Responsibilities**
Logging supplier/Sub-Contractor invoices onto computerised finance system.
Checking the accuracy of price/quantity calculations, disputing incorrect invoices, requesting credit notes for overcharges, and recording receipt of same.
To ensure all costs are allocated to the correct project via computerised finance system.
Reconciliation of supplier/Sub-Contractor statements.
Having payments for suppliers/sub-contractors in line with scheduled payment dates, ready for accounts manager to process payments.
Ordering of material/booking in deliveries.
Ensure complete and accurate records.
Dealing with customer/supplier queries that may arise.
Answering the telephone and dealing with general inquiries.
To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required.
**Experience**
Administration experience essential
IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Well organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload.
