**About the role**:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Back Office Administrator t to join us on a fixed-term (12 months), full-time basis in our Derry office.
**Main Areas of responsibilities**:
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues across the business to offer the best-in-class service to our customers, helping each other deliver shared success.
- Manage the processing of new customer accounts in a compliant, timely and professional manner following successful acquisitions by the Sales Team.
- Ensuring data is accurately captured for new and existing customer accounts to consistently produce excellence.
- Providing the right solution, support and service, always ensuring peace of mind and delivering on commitments to a consistently high standard.
- Keep customer accounts up to date throughout the Customer Lifecycle - processing meter reads, and payments, actioning customer requests, issuing periodic communications, etc.
- Providing support to Team Managers, and colleagues across various departments blending collective skills and expertise.
- Additional duties as required.
This person should have exceptional communication skills with a strong customer focus and attention to detail. They will be confident in planning and organising their workload effectively and will be proactive in their work approach.
