The CAMHS LD Team value a multi-disciplinary approach when meeting the needs of children and young people and are looking for an individual who can add to the current skill mix. The team have established excellent links with both education and social care colleagues and take great pride in providing joined up services to children and families, understanding that this brings the greatest opportunities for change.
