**Reports to**:Assistant Clinic Manager

**Location**:Hybrid (Remote working & Office in Sunderland)

**Working Hours**:Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm

**Salary**: £23,000

Specials Manufacturer based in Sunderland that prides itself on supplying the highest quality medication for patients while delivering value to the customer, patient, and the NHS. They manufacture and supply a full range of unlicensed medicines across the UK, to over 3,000 NHS and private healthcare providers including pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, dispensing doctors, and wholesalers.

This is an exciting time to join a growing family-run business which has been established for a decade now and is the only one of its kind in the pharmaceutical industry.

Specialties; Pharmaceuticals, Customer Service, Patient Safety, Ethical Pricing, and Medical Cannabis

A medical/pharmacy background would be beneficial but is not essential as induction training will be given (Training will be onsite at Sunderland Office).

**The Role**:

- Patient focused environment
- Typing letters, clinical reports, and transcriptions.
- Scheduling of patient appointments
- Handling payments of appointments
- Organising meetings
- Taking meeting minutes

**Desirable**:

- Experience of medical terminology
- Experience working in healthcare administration

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
