Are you passionate about delivering high-quality patient care? We are seeking a skilled Medical Administrator to support our Immunisation Team in schools and community settings.
In this exciting role, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver the Flu Vaccination programme across Sunderland. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support for nurse-led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
As a key member of our team, you will handle telephone calls from parents/carers, communicate with schools, collect and transport vaccines/equipment, and adhere to safety measures in place. You will also undertake risk assessments and perform general administration duties related to the role to a high standard.
We require enthusiastic and committed individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Travel to schools within the region is essential, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle are necessary.

Our dedicated team includes GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs), and local administration teams supported by a centralised back office function.
