As the Head of Workforce Recruitment Services (WRS), you will work directly with the Associate Director of Workforce Leading and driving strategic and operational performance improvements, delivering a high-quality and cost-effective service. You will lead on developing and implementing digital solutions transforming the customer experience through modern fit for purpose systems. This role is pivotal to the delivery of a key business priority, the ongoing development and implementation of the new NHS Jobs service.
You will collaborate with members of the wider NHS Workforce Services senior management team, providing guidance and direction to the leadership team, work closely with other internal and external stakeholders to promote and achieve the WRS vision and service improvement agenda.
