**Field Scheduling Specialist (Workforce Management)**
**Newcastle, NE12 8BU**
**Full-time**
**Salary**: Starting at £23,000 increasing to £25,000 with role progression plus performance-based bonus
**Working hours**:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**Shift pattern**:7.5 hour shifts** **between 8am to 7pm. One Saturday per month with Monday off in return.
**Holidays**: 29 days holidays (increases to 31 days after 12 months’ service) including bank holidays.

- Ensure fulfilment of Field Service Engineer’s agendas with focus on immediate to short term
- Rescheduling and re-assigning services based on planned and unplanned operational needs
- Fulfilling campaigns in line with departmental requirements
- Assist field team managers in management of their teams
- Manage capacities and availability of agendas based on geographical requirements
- Communication with the different departments to improve results
- Communicate with Field Service Engineers in the event of unplanned activities threatening to cause scheduling problems
- Inform customers of any changes to their planned service
- Maintain monthly SLA’s
- Keep up to date with latest system releases
**Required Skills**:
- Critical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills.
- A focus on customer services to ensure fulfilment in a time frame that suits the both the customers and business needs
- Good communication skills in order to relate to other functional areas and people with greater expertise
- Ability to take the initiative and set priorities.
- Ability to manage different tasks at the same time.
- Tech savvy and a quick learner
- Experience using workforce management programs such as Oracle Field Service Cloud (previously TOA) highly preferable
