Field Scheduling Specialist (Workforce Management)

Full-time

Salary: Starting at £23,000 increasing to £25,000 with role progression plus performance-based bonus

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shift pattern: 7.5 hour shiftsbetween 8am to 7pm. One Saturday per month with Monday off in return.

Holidays: 29 days holidays (increases to 31 days after 12 months service) including bank holidays.

We have a new job opportunity open for Workforce Dispatchers to join our Field Operations department. The successful candidate will be key in ensuring our Field Engineers have a full and efficient agenda based on our customers needs.

Job Description:

  • Ensure fulfilment of Field Service Engineers agendas with focus on immediate to short term

  • Rescheduling and re-assigning services based on planned and unplanned operational needs

  • Fulfilling campaigns in line with departmental requirements

  • Assist field team managers in management of their teams

  • Manage capacities and availability of agendas based on geographical requirements

  • Communication with the different departments to improve results

  • Communicate with Field Service Engineers in the event of unplanned activities threatening to cause scheduling problems

  • Inform customers of any changes to their planned service

  • Maintain monthly SLAs

  • Keep up to date with latest system releases

Required Skills:

  • Critical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills.

  • A focus on customer services to ensure fulfilment in a time frame that suits the both the customers and business needs

  • Good communication skills in order to relate to other functional areas and people with greater expertise

  • Ability to take the initiative and set priorities.

  • Ability to manage different tasks at the same time.

  • Tech savvy and a quick learner

  • Experience using workforce management programs such as Oracle Field Service Cloud (previously TOA) highly preferable
