Job Summary Assists in ensuring the project is on schedule and provides administrative support as and when required by members of the team. To deliver Workforce Transformation administration and coordination objectives. Evaluate the success and effectiveness of training events and improve the success of future events as a result through the undertaking of market research/feedback. Maintain and further develop relationships with all stakeholder organisations across Newcastle Work closely with the Project Manager on strategy to strengthen the service across Newcastle.

Contribute to Workforce reports. Write regular update report to be submitted to the ICB. Promote the Career hub service through various media e.g. the staff magazine, staff update, website, press releases, social media, charity information boards, marketing materials.

Contribute to updating and developing content on the Workforce App/ website. Works with Project Manager to develop new training opportunities across all areas, particularly in areas where demand is high. Undertakes research to evaluate Workforce Transformation impact on Newcastle Primary Care. Administration for Workforce Transformation project.

On occasion, deputises for the Project Manager, in relation to attendance at meetings or training events. Analytical Skills Judgement and assessments on complex projects where there is a range of facts or situations requiring comparison of a range of options. Analyse data in order to meet project requirements. To analyse and interpret feedback to ensure partner relationships are maintained and all stakeholders are up to date with issues, problems, decisions, etc.

Investigate and deal with information and project issues using analytical and judgemental skills to identify and resolve a range of problems. Assist the Project Manager in compiling assessments of project plans and development of contingency plans where required. Works with the Project Manager to ensure effective monitoring systems are in place in relation to a range of project plans and recommend action required to ensure the monitoring system is robust. Assist in the analysis of staff surveys/satisfaction surveys.

Planning and organisational skills Plans and organises several complex activities or programs requiring the formulation and adjustment of plans. Plans elements of projects training programs. Assists the Project Manager in the development and preparation of the overall project plan and plans key workstreams in relation to the project. Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload to tight deadlines, making adjustments where necessary for changing priorities, variable workload, and interruptions.

Assist the Project Manager in the commencement of implementation plans Must have organisational skills to ensure any documentation is sent out in a timely manner. Plans activities requiring adjustment due to fluctuating workload, prioritising unpredictable and conflicting demands. Plan and organise own travel arrangements to sites as and when required.
