As a Customer Service Advisor at our Walsall Branch, you will ensure our customers’ needs are at the forefront of your day every step of the way. From having genuine conversations in customer focused meetings you will be able to successfully provide a solution to their individual needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To be the face of the West Brom

- Identifying and providing solutions to customers’ needs
