**The team**
Our vision is to be More than TV, building upon ITV’s unique and winning combination of creativity and commercial strength, driven by investment in data and technology. Our ITV Commercial team is responsible for bringing in the £1.9bn worth of advertising that helps fund ITV's programming. However, our Commercial team isn’t just about advertising sales jobs, we also have ITV Creative Partnerships who are responsible for building brand activations around ITV programmes and channels using sponsorships, bespoke partnerships, and digital partnerships to build advertising campaigns for ITV’s clients.
**The role**
As our Digital & Social Partnerships Executive, you’ll be assisting the Digital Partnerships Manager and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of our digital and social brand partnerships. The Exec is the back-bone of the team, with everyone relying on their excellent standards of reporting, and attention to detail whilst managing a busy workload. A willingness to get stuck in is a must. This is an excellent early career role in the commercial side of the digital media industry.
You’ll be part of our broader award-winning creative & sponsorship team, BE Studio, working across all ITV shows in the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our production teams, inclusive of commercialising and monetising our show social handles, podcasts, show companion apps, ITVX formats, metaverse activity, and the creation of digital-first content. You’ll be on-hand to help get campaigns up and running across the biggest commercial shows on TV.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the accountable expert on the day-to-day running of the Digital Partnerships team: taking ownership of internal trackers, logging live conversations, monitoring platform performance, ensuring delivery of campaigns and creating performance reports
- Organisation of key collateral and documentation: Produce, organise and distribute sales materials, how-to guides, best practice guides etc.
- Finance: Accurately tracking revenue and payaways of deals sold. Raising IOs and POs.
- Managing and booking regular / ad hoc meetings - taking minutes and circulating actions
- Have an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes so that you can be a first port-of-call for questions from internal and external stakeholders
- Confidently and clearly respond to any incoming queries in a timely manner
- Working cross-functionally with Digital Editorial teams and external platforms to deliver content deals
- Supporting the Digital Partnerships Manager and wider Partnerships team in costing, delivering and reporting of digital & social partnerships
- Working with Creative and Strategy to ideate and respond to create briefs
- Become a digital and social expert, staying across best practices, trends and innovation in this space
**Skills you’ll need **(minimum criteria)
- You must have extensive administrative experience
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Gmail, with experience working on Google
- Familiar with social platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, X and Snap
- An understanding of the Digital & Social commercial landscape
