Global Partnership Developer

Alliances Manager at OSF Digital is a high-level position that involves building and driving relationships with partners to focus on revenue growth and customer success. This role collaborates closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop strong, lucrative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing and expanding existing partner relationships; seeking out new ones aligned with Marketing and Sales strategy;
- Developing and coordinating joint marketing plans with Salesforce for successful execution;
- Coordinating sales target account lists between OSF Sales team and partners;
- Maintaining a network of contacts within partner teams; working with marketing field teams on initiatives involving partners;
- Making presentations to all levels of management when needed; fostering a culture of success and ongoing business achievement;
- Identifying opportunities through partners, bringing them into the sales pipeline; working partner-driven opportunities in collaboration with account executives and sales representatives until close;
- Monitoring market conditions, partner relationships, conducting research and reviewing industry news to provide strategic recommendations;
- Meeting assigned targets for KPIs.
