Digital Partnership Manager

As a seasoned professional in strategic partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our partnership network across the globe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential partners to enhance our market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Developing and executing comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the digital assets and financial services sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role within the digital asset space, financial services, or technology sectors.
- A deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, custody solutions, and staking mechanisms.
- A proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships, particularly those related to the staking business, in a global context.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the digital assets and financial services sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, computer equipment, paid time off, and stock options.
