Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to support and assist the Sales Team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Filing documents and paperwork
- Log tender enquiries onto system
- Book and manage travel requirements for the Sales Team
- Compile sales reports as required in the pre-approved format
- Assist with the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire process as required, ensuring all information is gathered in an organised and timely manner
- Carry out processing tasks for quotations, tenders and consumables
- Log all details and data accurately onto SharePoint and internal servers

You will need to have good attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels whilst working under pressure. Good customer service and telephone skills are essential along with good systems experience with Microsoft 365, mainly using Word,Excel, Visio and SharePoint.
