We have an Administrator role that could be perfect for you
This Administrator role will mean you can be the first point of contact between your clients and the rest of the company.
As an administrator, your duties will include:
- Generation of project-specific reporting documentation.
- Cross-reference of invoices and documents against client requirements.
- Final quality control of documents.
- Maintenance of records.
- Monitoring mailbox.
- Recording and reporting of overdue reminders and lapses.
- Work directly with the Operations teams to meet client requests.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required to support the Operations teams.
No experience is required - training will be provided on the job
An ideal administrator for this company will have:
- Great use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong team player
Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30. Hybrid working available.
This role also offers room for progression throughout the company and its various divisions.
