**The role**:
As an Administrator within our Customer Services Teams your tasks will include some of the following:
Ensuring a professional image of FLB Group is maintained through all internal and external communication and all enquires are dealt with in a professional and timely manner

Processing, monitoring and reporting on the progress of customer orders from securing/confirmation through to successful delivery and invoicing, and to co-ordinate all relevant communication, both internally and externally to meet the customer’s expected delivery date

Ensuring that all customer liaison, order administration and customer file maintenance is maintained in a prompt and accurate manner

Ensuring that quality and delivery query handling is resolved correctly and promptly.

Assist in creation, processing and checking of labels in line with business requirements

Support the sales team with the management of accounts

Raise and amend product specifications in line with customer requirements

Ensure that customer’s sampling and approval procedures are followed in line with agreed dates

**The person**:
To be considered for the post of Administrator you will demonstrate the following:
The ability to prioritise workload effectively to ensure deadlines are met

Strong attention to detail

The ability to calmly and effectively resolve queries in a timely manner

A professional and positive approach to your work, your colleagues and your customers

Basic to intermediate competence of Microsoft office; Excel, Outlook and Word

You will be self motivated, a team player and able to work on own initiative

Sound experience within an general administration role

**The package**:
The role of Administrator offers a salary of up to £19,000 per annum with 35 days’ annual leave, life insurance, staff discount, free car parking and auto enrolment pension.

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
