We are currently on the lookout for a **Key Account Executive** to join our **Vauxhall **team at Snows Group based in **Basingstoke.**

**Your day**

The **Key Account Executive** plays an important role within the Snows Toyota Corporate team, reporting directly to the Toyota & Lexus Fleet Manager. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with larger existing customers, leasing companies, and brokers to strategically enhance sales and profitability, fostering sustained growth in the ever-evolving automotive market.

Your day will include:

- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with large existing customers, leasing companies, and brokers to understand their unique needs and align our offerings accordingly. Adhering to strict SLA’s including quoting, vehicle availability, product information and arranging deliveries.
- Quoting: This position will require Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) training, as the individual must be able to prepare quotations for vehicles via a variety of purchasing options such as: Outright Purchase, Contract Hire, Finance Lease, PCP and HP.
- Order Management: Handle large volumes of vehicle orders with precision, overseeing the entire sales process from quotation to seamless vehicle delivery. A strong attention to detail will be required.
- Systems: Being able to utilise a multitude of order managements systems, ensuring that they are kept up to date daily to align with service level agreements.
- Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Corporate Sales Managers, Logistics Teams and Corporate Sales Administrators, Managers and Administrators across the Snows Toyota Corporate Division to ensure a seamless customer experience for our key accounts.
- Reporting: Working with the Corporate Sales Mangers, being able to report and forecast effectively on vehicles sold and due to be delivered within a calendar month

**Have you got what it takes?**
- Proven experience, ideally within key account management within the automotive industry
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in order management systems and sales software
- Able to use multiple order management systems.
- Can-do, proactive approach
- A desire to achieve challenging goals and targets.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Valid driving licence

**Hours of work**:

- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (1 hour lunch)
