**HYBRID ROLE - Your time will be split working between the office, which is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire and from home**
**What You’ll Do**:
We are recruiting Senior Healthcare Account Executives to work for a global hybrid agency who produce content, collateral and campaigns expertly from concept to delivery for their extensive B2B and B2C client base. They work with some of the biggest globalbrands and they are now looking for Senior Account Executives to work in their Healthcare team in their busy agency on a hybrid basis.
The Senior Healthcare Account Executive’s main duties and key responsibilities are:
- Ownership of allocated accounts, working to achieve and increase given targets
- Finding new opportunities with the client and building on those opportunities
- Where required, work seamlessly with the creative and strategy teams to provide value added input to client meetings and discussions
- Monitoring project budgets, within time and budget
- Understanding the challenges faced by their clients and their markets
- Taking client briefs and pro-actively suggesting alternative solutions to the client - adding value, up selling and cross selling where possible
- Working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations
- Confidently suggesting ways to add value and new solutions
- Having a good understanding of the client brand guidelines
- Solving problems and offering alternative solutions, supporting pitch proposals and delivery
- Allowing the client to be the hero - their success is our client’s success
- Sourcing suppliers and building quotations
- Ensure agency processes are followed
- Manage expected revenue levels, devising plans to identify new revenue streams
The Senior Healthcare Account Executives will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- A proven track record of building relationships with clients
- Digitally savvy and a willingness to find new and exciting ways to communicate
- A positive, proactive, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork
- Methodical and logical approach
- Excellent listening skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client focused with excellent client facing skills
- Commercial business drive, determination to achieve excellence
- Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed timelines
- Willingness to continuously improve through self-development
- Marketing / Creative agency experience
- Educated to degree standard preferably in life sciences
- Ideally with some knowledge of the therapy areas and products to be managed
- Understanding of ABPI guidelines preferable
