You will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry and they have been established for 30+ years based in Tamworth - Free car parking is available. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.30 am to 5 pm, working 37.5 hours per week.

You will be joining a fast-paced team, offering full administration support and cover to the Customer Service department.

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be:

- Answering switchboard overflow
- Being the point of contact for the warehouse to help with any queries/amendments/reporting
- Arranging and completing relevant courier information for Irish returns
- Uploading and amending details on HS Codes to Government TSS portal to ensure smooth deliveries into Northern Ireland
- Processing sample requests, quality replacement orders, marketing works orders and internal picks across group companies
- Dealing with the carriers, chasing deliveries, obtaining POD’s, raising claims that may arise as a result of a failed delivery
- Scanning and validating documents onto the archive system
- Covering for the Bespoke Product Administration Team
- Booking deliveries for customers who require it
- Dealing with more detailed order/ product enquiries from our customers, the external sales team and the general public as overflow/cover
- Maintaining the customers' information on CRM ensuring that all contact information, main contact names etc are kept up to date
- Supporting house accounts
- Covering for Receptionist when required, greeting visitors and answering the switchboard
- Analysing reports - helping collate statistical information for board meetings
- Processing Quality replacement orders through SAGE

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:

- Previous experience working in a similar position
- Experience in Customer Service Administration functions, this would be beneficial, however, not essential
- Good Excel knowledge, however, this is not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Sage
- You may have experience of the following: Administrator, Office Assistant, Office Coordinator, Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Communications Assistant, Office Assistant, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Membership Co-ordinator, Telesales, Sales Assistant, Recruitment Co-ordinator, Recruitment Support or Helpdesk and Contact Centre Administrator

As the Customer Service Administrator, your salary is £24,000 per annum depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
