**Customer Service Administrator**

**Salary**: £10.64 per hour (£20,750 per annum)
- After working a 3-month period, you will be eligible for a monthly company bonus scheme of £200 - £300 per month._

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Tamworth - Office Based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) with an early finish on a Friday (5pm)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accurately creating and sending documentation to customers and suppliers
- Assisting and supporting the team with various duties related to portfolio management
- Utilising different portals for documentation processing
- Conducting internal checks and searches using various search engines
- Thoroughly checking documents and paperwork requirements for deal processing
- Demonstrating expertise in all relevant products offered
- Effectively resolving queries

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous Administration / Customer Service experience is desirable
- GCSE or above qualifications
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner for internal and external interactions
