Mercia Utility Services are looking for a a customer service administrator to support customers, agents and clients experiencing utility debt related issues.

A customer service administrator, will act as a liaison, to resolve debt related issues customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, using communication and administrative skills.

8am-4pm Monday
- Friday

and

10 am -6pm Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**
- Manage large amounts of incoming and outbound calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents whilst maintaining quality
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
