As a Customer Interaction Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting teams in understanding our customers and the way they shop.

This will involve day to day organisational work, as well as data processing and analysis, so naturally you will need to be efficient and well organised. You'll bring enthusiasm, and your ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure will mean you really fit in.

We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. And to keep on top of that wave, our customer interaction teams have to do something pretty special to keep our customers coming back for more.

ALDI are looking to recruit a Customer Interaction (CI) Administrator towork within the UK and IE Click & Collect team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a driven and capable individual with aninterest in the eCommerce domain looking to thrive in a creative andcollaborative environment.

The role will report into the CI Director / Managerand will efficiently support the Click & Collect website team whilstcontributing to a co-operative working environment.

**Your New Role**:

- Experience of website merchandising or a website content creation
- Experience working with multiple data sources and flexible thinking
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident user of MS Office suite including advanced excel skills
- Excellent time management and organization with a high level ofattention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively. Be self-motivated
- Understanding of project processes
- Be inquisitive and driven to perform to the best of their abilities
- Experience as Website Administrator or similar role e.g. ContentCreation, Website merchandising
- IT skills and quick to learn new systemsincluding: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
- Experience of working in an eCommerce-based role

- Salary starting £25,100 rising to £30,875

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days aweek remote working
