Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (1 hr lunch) with a 5pm finish on a Friday

Responsibilities:
- Accurately creating and sending documentation to customers and suppliers
- Assisting and supporting the Operations team with various duties related to portfolio management
- Utilising different portals for documentation processing
- Conducting internal checks and searches using various search engines
- Thoroughly checking documents and paperwork requirements for deal processing
- Demonstrating expertise in all relevant products offered
- Having a strong understanding of all relevant policies
- Effectively resolving queries
- Calculating and inputting figures into the system
Skills and Experience:
- Previous Administration / Customer Service experience is desirable
- GCSE or above qualifications
- Strong teamwork and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner for internal and external interactions
- Competence in all Operations Administrator Duties
- Upholding the company's vision and values in all dealings with staff, customers, and third parties
- Enthusiastic and dynamic approach to work
- Good time management skills
