Salary:
£10.64 per hour (£20,750 per annum)

Full Time, Temporary initially but lots of potential to go permanent.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (1 hr lunch) with a 5pm finish on a Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately creating and sending documentation to customers and suppliers
  • Assisting and supporting the Operations team with various duties related to portfolio management
  • Utilising different portals for documentation processing
  • Conducting internal checks and searches using various search engines
  • Thoroughly checking documents and paperwork requirements for deal processing
  • Demonstrating expertise in all relevant products offered
  • Having a strong understanding of all relevant policies
  • Effectively resolving queries
  • Calculating and inputting figures into the system

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Administration / Customer Service experience is desirable
  • GCSE or above qualifications
  • Strong teamwork and problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner for internal and external interactions
  • Competence in all Operations Administrator Duties
  • Upholding the company's vision and values in all dealings with staff, customers, and third parties
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic approach to work
  • Good time management skills
