As a Customer Interaction Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting teams in understanding our customers and the way they shop.

This will involve day to day organisational work, as well as data processing and analysis, so naturally you will need to be efficient and well organised. You'll bring enthusiasm, and your ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure will mean you really fit in.

We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. And to keep on top of that wave, our customer interaction teams have to do something pretty special to keep our customers coming back for more.

At Aldi we have a dynamic environment, and you will be in the thick of it. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Tamworth as a Receptionist / Facilities Assistant.

**Your New Role**:
***Receptionist**:

- Operate access barrier to admit external visitors and contractors
- To be present in reception to greet and sign in/out visitors
- Liaise with the visitors as primary point of contact
- Security pass management
- Responsibility for meeting room bookings and cancellations
- Meeting room set up for external vendor / VIP Visits
- Collection and distribution of post / newspapers
- Franking of outgoing post / Arranging couriers
- Pool car management including fuel card management / mileage administration / valeting organisation
- Maintenance of notice boards

**Facility management**:

- First point of contact for any facilities issues for ALDI Personnel
- First point of contact for all onsite contractors such as cleaning, security, repair and maintenance companies
- Weekly fire alarm testing
- Conduct planned fire evacuation drills
- Arranging and coordinating Fire Marshall /First Aid Training
- Coordinate window cleaning visits
- Auditing and Replenishment of First Aid Boxes
- Stationary ordering for the building
- Liaise with caretakers for vending machine, milk, and fruit orders
- Ordering of cleaning and bathroom supplies
- Responsibility for access to building key cupboard, administration, and audit
- Processing building related invoices

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills with peers of all levels including external visitors and contractors as first point of contact
- Takes the initiative to resolve issues and has good attention to detail
- Previous administrational experience including facilities management experience
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Self-motivated and works effectively with mínimal supervision
- Takes personal responsibility of resolving queries including building and facilities topics
- Good working knowledge of using MS Office incl. MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
