Customer & Events Support Administrator

**About the role**:
Experienced, energetic, and creative sales, and customer service administrator with a proven history of providing exceptional office management and administrative support service. Possess extraordinary interpersonal, customer service and leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of all bookings and sales, ensuring sales of events tickets and Statfold products are maximised and pro-actively generate new business by promoting all aspects of the business. Dealing with a high volume of telephone and written enquiries to ensure all customers enquiries or complaints are responded to within a reasonable time and dealt with efficiently and professionally.
Manage the sales of all Statfold products, including general admission, event admission, groups, and birthday parties.
Produce accurate and clearly presented reports that support the needs of the business.
Maintain accurate and well organised systems of records that are easily retrievable. The main contact for group booking enquiries, maintaining, and updating coach bookings, booking confirmations and policy documents and excel spreadsheets
Diary management and maintain booking software with our event and activity diary.
Coordinate the organisation of groups and birthday parties’ bookings, for both internal and external customers.
Provide administration support and duties set by the General Manager and the events team.
Always display the Trust values and behaviours.

Previous experience in the Customer Service industry

An understanding of the importance of exceeding expectations

The ability to use initiative under pressure.
Fantastic communicator
Able to work as part of a team and help others.
Ability to think creatively and produce solutions for customer enquiries.
Fantastic diligence
Some flexibility with working hours, there may be some expectations of working at a weekend over event days.
