We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor at one of our Clients based in Burton-On-Trent.
- Working in the office and supporting Site Manager
- Accurate filing and record keeping of customer orders across multiple Microsoft platforms.
- Provide administration support to other key functions to meet the business needs.
- Build and maintain personal, longstanding and trusting partnerships with customers, account managers and direct departments through open and honest communication.
**Hours**:
**Monday - Friday**
10.00-14.00
part-time position
**Pay Rate**:
£13.39 per hour
**Qualifications/Experience/Training**:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate level of using MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year experience in similar role.
