Cal-Test Technical Services limited is a UKAS Accredited, bespoke test lab to one of Europe’s biggest Manufacturers of Pipes, Flanges and fittings to the petrochemical, Nuclear and Oil and Gas world. Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and financial records
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Familiarity with computerized phone systems is a plus
