**Position Overview**

We are very excited to be hiring for an amazing member to join the Projects Team to assist with software implementation and training for new and existing customers. Each of our customers are wonderfully unique and the key to a successful implementation is understanding their requirements.

You will be working with a diverse variety of organisations of different sizes and liaising with individuals at all levels. You will be a very important part of the small team that delivers the training and setup and you will often be the first point of contact for a new customer. Having a passion for software and confidence to guide customers through the onboarding journey is a must in this role.

You will take ownership of your own customers, ensuring the implementation and training completes on time while building a rapport, installing confidence, and ensuring they get the very best training possible.

**Workplace & hours**

This position is based in the Bath office and reports to the Customer Success Manager whilst working closely with other team members and staff from other teams.

We operate a flexi remote working model, with 3 days in the office and the remainder at home. The hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Please note that during the initial probation period, this role will be full-time office working.

We have quirky offices in the center of Bath with regular social gatherings, so often staff will do more time in the office, but that’s up to you. The company is only as successful as it’s team, and at Zahara we have one of the very best.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively and efficiently complete customer setups
- Deliver clear and cohesive training on our software
- Working closely with customers to gather information required and meet implementation deadlines
- Be able to work within agreed timescales
- Respond to customer queries throughout the onboarding process
- Represent the company's values and promote the benefits delivered by our software
- Successfully hand over to Support on project completion
- Collect and summarise lessons learned during the lifetime of the project
- Assist with other projects in the business as required

**Knowledge and desired experience**
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivation and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong organisation skills
- Empathy with the needs of the customer
- Ability to see tasks through to completion
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Confidence to deliver training
- Account management / training experience (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of financial software (desirable but not essential)
