Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Lead Planner, you will integrate into a growing team of planners dedicated to delivering various projects with a focus on critical outcomes.

Your daily tasks will involve direct collaboration with Project Managers, Designers, and support teams, as well as engaging with both internal and external construction teams.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

collaborating with multiple teams engaged in project execution developing, reviewing, and advancing multiple project schedules leading discussions to adhere to agreed project timelines proactively evaluating risks associated with project delivery reviewing and integrating subcontractor, supplier, and third-party schedules for the Project Manager preparing various reports and forecasts at both project and program levels.

This role will require site visits and office attendance across the region, with opportunities for remote work when feasible.

Required Qualifications

As a seasoned and independent Planner, you will have a comprehensive understanding of project management and execution.

Essential experience includes:

advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project evaluating contractor schedules in accordance with NEC standards working on intricate engineering projects intermediate skills in Excel and Word.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of or relevant transferable experience in:

water supply and wastewater treatment operations civil, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) construction and commissioning design, third-party, and environmental project requirements managing the demands of a portfolio of projects.

Above all, this role requires a motivated team player with a proactive attitude and meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate their capability to drive projects to successful completion and delivery.

You will be adaptable in your approach and encouraged to express your ideas and influence improvements, contributing to the effective delivery of services. This position is diverse, allowing you to interact with various teams throughout the project lifecycle.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary due to the nature of the role, which involves attending meetings at different sites and offices across the region. Business expenses will be reimbursed.
