At Cavendish Nuclear, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Compounds Project Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of the delivery and deployment of MEH offices and facilities.

The Role

As a Compounds Project Assistant, you'll be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing project documentation, and ensuring project tasks are completed on time and within scope. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting any issues or delays to the Project Manager
  • Scheduling and organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
  • Preparing regular status reports and updating project stakeholders on progress
  • Serving as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and external partners

This role is full time, thirty-seven hours per week, and is based on site at Hinkley Point C.

Essential Experience

  • Experience with maintenance and preparation of documentation and reporting
  • Experience with Communication and Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

  • Level-3 qualification in Engineering, Business or Project related subject
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable
