**What you'll do**:
As a Customer Coordinator, you will work in the Developer Services team which is responsible for reviewing new development proposals and protecting our supply and sewerage network. We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, high-quality service to our customers.

You will provide advice and guidance to ensure the protection of our public sewer network. The focus is typically on small domestic extensions or conservatories, which customers often wish to construct as part of their home improvement plans.

While a basic understanding of design and construction practices would be an advantage, it is not essential as extensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- following company policy and procedure to ensure that targets are met
- building strong working relationships with external and internal customers
- maintaining accurate and full records of all correspondence via our in-house systems.

**What you'll need**:
We are looking for someone who can deliver great customer service and has a positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn new skills, and the confidence to make decisions using logical and informed judgement.

In addition, you will have:

- the ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with colleagues and customers
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- excellent attention to detail
- the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- a willingness to adapt and respond to change
- computer literacy skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
