We are excited to present an opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to become an integral part of our Customer Service division. We seek a composed and driven individual to contribute to our dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries received via telephone or email, and coordinating with contractors to resolve any issues or defects that may arise in new homes.

This position supports flexible working arrangements.

What We Expect From You

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage complaints and challenging situations
  • Touch typing skills
  • A friendly and patient demeanor

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Desirable: 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths & English
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the residential building sector is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with building regulations and legal obligations is a plus.

  • Issue instructions to subcontractors and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Follow up on outstanding remedial works to ensure completion within a specified timeframe.
  • Maintain our database system accurately and consistently.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Work closely with the office manager to align with company KPIs.
  • Adhere to company Health and Safety protocols at all times.
