Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Sedgemoor.

As a Specialist Care and Support Worker, you will work closely with our Team Manager to support the delivery of care services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our customers with daily living routines, including personal care, washing, and dressing.
  • Mentor and support a team of Care and Support Workers to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Conduct quality monitoring visits and action any points raised.
  • Design and implement care and support packages tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Provide standby cover for our out-of-hours service.
  • Manage concerns raised by the team and ensure effective communication.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering high-quality care services.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team.
  • Level 2 in Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Background in care or similar environment.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
