Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in securing stable housing, enhancing their overall well-being and financial independence.
- Work collaboratively with clients to create tailored support strategies aimed at reducing recidivism.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with clients and various criminal justice entities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.
- Previous experience with individuals facing complex challenges and difficult behaviors (experience with homeless individuals is advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
