**The role**

We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, high-quality service to our customers. As a Customer Coordinator, you will work in the Developer Services team supporting all types of new development and act as a central point of contact for developers, consultants, councils, self-lay providers and the public.

You will also be required to administer the development throughout the life of the project to ensure all infrastructure charges, inline mains connections, as-built drawings, meter details and plot-to-postal addresses are provided, made available to all partners and in line with the codes for adoption.

Once fully trained, we offer a mixture of working from home and in the office. Typically, the split will be three days in the office and two days at home.

**What do I need?**

You will be IT literate with the ability to provide estimates and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint. Some knowledge of water sector guidance and digital mapping tools would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.

In addition, we are looking for:

- strong customer service skills
- team-oriented personality
- willingness to learn.

If you have previous experience working within the water industry and hold a basic understanding of the developer services measure of experience (D-MeX) mechanism, this would be an advantage, but not essential as full training and learning on the job is available.
