Customer Service Process Coordinator

Our client, Brook Street, is seeking a dedicated customer service process coordinator to enhance their dynamic team.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.
Role Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver face-to-face assistance, guiding clients through their visa and citizenship application processes.
As a vital member of the team, you will take pride in helping individuals, ensuring that each customer receives a professional, efficient, and compassionate service experience.
