We are seeking a dedicated process assistant for our client.

This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday.

Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation is set at £12 per hour.

Job Overview

Berry Recruitment is in search of motivated individuals who possess a positive attitude for a full-time customer service role.

Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls from clients wishing to schedule appointments and access additional services, along with some outbound communication. You will also respond to web chat inquiries, troubleshoot customer service issues, and provide essential information to assist clients with their visa and citizenship processes.

As a vital member of the team, you will take pleasure in aiding individuals, ensuring that each client receives a professional, efficient, and considerate service experience.

These roles are initially for a six-month duration, with the potential for transition to a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and make outbound calls as necessary.
  • Address web chat inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries.
  • Schedule appointments and additional services for clients.
  • Document all call interactions according to established procedures.
  • Follow up on customer calls when needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
  • Share information with team members or other departments as required.
  • Maintain and update information in the database.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Keep records for auditing purposes.
  • Ensure that deadlines are consistently met.

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience with web chat applications is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Call center experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications is required.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong data entry and typing abilities.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Capability to manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Attention to detail in record-keeping is essential.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
