**Customer Service Apprentice**
**Reports to: Patient Services Manager**
**Key responsibilities**
- **Patient Reception**: Welcome patients and visitors to the clinic in a warm and friendly manner. Maintain a professional and caring demeanor, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage patient appointments using our electronic booking system.
- **Patient Information**: Accurately collect and verify patient information and input it into our electronic database, managing data according to internal regulations GDPR, always ensuring confidentiality.
- **Process Payments**: Take patients' payments and update patients' records accordingly.
- **Administration support**:general administration support (filing/photocopying/franking mail/ SARS requests/ preparing patient notes/stationary orders/supply ordering)
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth patient journey, collaborating effectively with staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.

- Computer literacy with knowledge of Word/Excel
