Office Administrator

This is an exciting time to join our client as they are entering a time of amazing expansion and growth
Day to Day:
- Working closely with the branch manager to ensure a smooth running office
- Assisting the team in their operational queries such as holiday requests, booking in site visits and ensuring they have correct and new uniform
- Booking in meetings on and off site for the branch manager
- Greeting clients and customers
- Managing branch manager diary
- Compliance administration
We Would Love to See:
- Previous admin experience is a necessity
- A team player happy to support colleagues
- Experience working face to face
- Understanding of compliance administration
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Packages - specifically Excel
- Excellent time management and organization skills

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week.

**Salary**: £25,500.00 per year

- Swindon, Wiltshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
