Office Administration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Office Administration Specialist to join our team at CV-Library in Salisbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Asset Manager and assisting with facilities-related tasks.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of office administration principles and practices, as well as knowledge of building assets, including boilers, HVAC units, and electrical systems.
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £31,500 per annum, plus excellent company benefits including discounts.
Job Description:- Provide administrative support to the Asset Manager.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building assets.
- Update the training matrix for soft skills and operations regularly.
- Conduct workplace inspections and provide reports.
- Analyze waste data and produce statistics.
- Support the technical team with timesheet data entry.
- Prior experience in a facilities admin role or similar field.
- Strong IT skills with experience working with Microsoft Office software.
