Job Title: Financial Administrative Specialist

Location: Swindon

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrative Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with foreign currency transactions, updating balance sheets and financial records
  • Raise invoices and purchase orders, perform bank reconciliations
  • Manage the finance team's inbox and respond to queries
  • Provide general administration support as required

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in accounting software

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • 30 hours per week, flexible working times from Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work school hours if needed
  • Split between office and home working (3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week from home)

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £31,500 per annum, based on the national average salary range for a Finance Assistant in Swindon.
