Role Overview:
As a Financial Administrator at CV-Library, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing foreign currency transactions, maintaining and updating Balance sheets, raising invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring accurate Bank reconciliation, managing and responding to incoming correspondence, and providing administrative support as required.

About the Role:
We are offering a salary range of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum. This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours including possible accommodation for school pickups. A mix of office-based and home-working arrangements will allow for 2 days per week to be worked from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing foreign currency transactions
• Maintaining and updating Balance sheets
• Raising invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner
• Ensuring accurate Bank reconciliation
• Managing and responding to incoming correspondence
• Providing administrative support as required


Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong understanding of formulas and functions
• Experience working with accounting software, including data entry and record-keeping
