Job Overview

About You
We are looking for an individual with strong administration experience in the financial planning industry, knowledge of UK financial products, and a desire to expand their experience in this field. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with clients will be essential for success.

The Role
In this position, you will work closely with our experienced administrators to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical administration support, preparing meeting packs, and supporting new team members. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.

Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per year, annual salary reviews, and a discretionary bonus scheme. Additionally, you will enjoy 25 days of holiday leave, increasing each year, as well as extended maternity and paternity leave. Our pension contribution is 3%, and we provide exam support and funding. You will also have access to work social events and a range of other benefits.
