Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join our Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and VAT and Tax reporting. This role requires strong accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role
In this varied and challenging position, you will have responsibility for preparing and reviewing monthly Management Accounts, including the analysis and reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement General Ledger items. You will also be required to produce monthly Management Information, including Liquidity Forecasts. Additionally, you will coordinate and control quarterly investor/client communication, provision tax information to relevant tax specialists, and complete quarterly VAT Returns.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with experience in Management Accounting. You must possess solid financial accounting skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret variances. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000, depending on experience.
