Nationwide, the world's largest building society, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join its team in Swindon. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, reconciling financial transactions and interfacing with various projects to optimize solutions.

About the Role

As a Financial Reconciliation Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of Nationwide's balance sheet by ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations. You will work closely with multiple projects, testing and delivering seamless results, and engaging with stakeholders to implement change and ensure processes are adequately documented.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with projects and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also essential. If you have experience working within Finance with an understanding of financial accounting and reconciliations, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile financial transactions and maintain the accuracy of Nationwide's balance sheet
  • Work closely with multiple projects to test and deliver seamless results
  • Engage with stakeholders to implement change and ensure processes are adequately documented
  • Communicate effectively with projects and internal stakeholders
